Community Engagement Worker: This front-line position involves working directly with people from diverse backgrounds in ways that are equitable and inclusive, requiring skills and approaches that reflect a strong social inclusion perspective. Community Engagment Workers support community-based projects, and draw on their extensive experience in the field to effectively connect with the groups involved.
Administrative: This is a multi-tasking role where you will be asked to provide general administrative support to the Public Interest team and support the day to day administration of our small office. Reporting to the Manager of Operations, administrative staff are responsible for implementing and maintaining administrative functions, office administration, reception, some basic financial functions and general administrative duties in a professional, fast-paced, growing company.
Project Management: Project Managers have carriage of their projects in all aspects, from planning and development to staff management, budget management and client management. Public Interest’s President serves as a resource to the Project Manager, to provide support in carrying out the Project Managers functions and to carry out tasks assigned through the project planning process.
